How to Copy Website

Dear all,
I have a Website project. The project file invoice.sln is
located in project directory \Project
.. But the other files like service.asmx are located in another
directory \Website. Now I want to
copy a backup version of this project and I can use this Backup
project to develop. How can I
copy the Website project?

Thanks
