Mouse Control On Desktop

Hi All,
Is it posible in vb to control mouse movement over the desktop. i
have an application similar to Word. I have to click on desktop (Over
the Shortcut of that application) to start the application.

Then i have to select some part of that data from that application,
from the same location in the window every day, and paste it to
notepad and send a mail.
If anyone is having sample code tat will b really
helpful.

Thanks & Regards
Mayank
