Speed Problem with .NET2008

Hello,

I have converted a project from .NET2005 to .NET2008 RTM
I have also converted the project to use .NET Framework3.5 (as the
project will only be in Beta in a few month).

My project is big (more than 200 classes and more than 200000 lines of code.

Every time I change something in the project, (for example, I only add
an empty line in a class), it seems that VB.NET recompiles the complete
project and not only the changed module (like in VB2005).

I take a simple class (less than 50 lines), I simply add an empty line
line as the first line of a procedure, and I simply start a debug (F5).
I have to wait something like 5-6 minutes before I can start debugging.

I can not see any way to do it faster.

I have also tried to put the project again in NET Framework 2.0, and it
is still slow.

Is there a parameter that I am missing or will I have to wait 5-6
minutes every time I change one line in the program? (so In this case, I
should change the language as soon as possible)?

Thank you
Marc Allard
