problem publishing a project

Hi,

I have been able to publish my project before with no problems.

I am also able to build the project with no errors, however when I now try
to publish I get the following error###

Error 2 SignTool reported an error 'Key not valid for use in specified
state.'
What does this mean, and why is it now appearing
