Skills evaluation questions/quiz/survey?

I have very basic programming skills (I lurk here to learn more; I've done
some very basic PPC and winapp projects)-my job requires me to support a
design team but doesn't include programming. Now I have a project where I
need to review some internal and external IT resources to see who actually
has VB.Net skills to work on this new project. I don't have a deep enough
knowledge to come up with appropriate questions myself, so I thought I'd
post here and ask if there is a list of questions (and answers) on the web
anywhere that help evaluate a programmer's VB.net knowledge. This specific
project will be a simple webapp (an area that I'm not familiar with) so I'd
want to include questions on ASP, database design and related programming,
etc.

I realize that I'm limiting my resources to those who use VB, but I'm likely
to need to look at the code and understand it, so I'm willing to include
that limitation since I don't have time to learn C.

I appreciate any URLs you might be able to provide.

Many thanks,
Keith
