Crystal Report Fill Gradient

Hi all,
someone know how to fill with gradient a box or a field or entire
column in detail section?

Short of creating a gradient image and placing it behind the text in the
column, I don't think there is a gradient fill option in Crystal Reports.

Thanks Charlie,
I have tried with the images but the result is not good moreover an
entire column gradient is not possible.
