Checking the User Group

Hello together,
I have got a question for Searching in Active Directory.
Dim dirSearcher As New DirectorySearcher

dirSearcher.Filter = "(&" & dirSearcher.Filter & "(samaccountname=" &
mstrLoginUserID & "))"
dirSearcher.Filter = "(&" & dirSearcher.Filter & "(memberof=" &
strDomainAdmins & "))"

'mstrLoginUserID is the typed-in username
'strDomainAdmins is Declared as String (without a value)

First I search for the Username. But I have to check if the user is domain
Administrator. So what a Value needs to have the Variable "strDomainAdmins"?
