Localizable - I changed my mind, but VS doesn't

I had a project where I happened to set Localizable = true for a form just
to test it. But I decided agains making a multi language application, and
set Localizable = false again.

Now, whenever I compile the project, VS insists on making the language
subfolders in the \bin directory and the resources.dll.

How can I make it stop doing that?

Cheers,
Johnny
