Get system local strings?

Hello There,

I'm trying to get some strings from the local Os inside my .Net
application...I mainly look for the strings which is used in Windows
Explorer for file operations such as Cut,Copy,Paste, etc...

I couldn't find any information about this in the internet, does anybody
have any idea or can point me a resource about it?

Thanks in advance...

Regards,

Özden
