Is there a problem posting to this group at the moment?

Hi everyone (anyone....)

I am just wanting to see if anyone else is experiencing issues with
posting and searching this group. I am having some problems and
noticing some odd behaviour, but maybe it is just me.

I posted some code to a thread (http://groups.google.com/group/
microsoft.public.dotnet.languages.vb/browse_frm/thread/
020cc2e72c42330e?hl=en), and it seemed to post fine, however when I
searched for the thread it doesnt show up! On top of this the 7 day
activity thingy on my 'my accounts' (google groups) is showing a
complete zero..... I even used another computer to have an eyeball at
my profile to see if the activity would register, but nothing.....

Anyone able to explain this? Is this normal? Anyone else having these
problems? Does anyone even get this post??????!

Cheers

It's probably a google group thing - I can see your usenet post fine (I
don't use google groups obviously) ;-)

I'm replying to you from Google Groups - so at least this post showed
up.

But yes, Google has been having some troubles in the past week or so
making it very difficult for me to reply to anyone as it was taking
about a day and a half for any messages to show up. The Profile and My
Groups sections are constantly having trouble staying up to speed -
about every 3 months those services just stop. If I didn't like the
way Google's layout I would probably abandon it, but I have not been
able to find a good alternative to it.

On that note, any one know of any good usenet browsers that are
similar to Google's interface (without the above mentioned
problems :-))

Thanks,

Seth Rowe

Thanks guys,

I just wasnt sure if it was me or the service. I am afraid that I am
not aware of a prog or app that can duplicate the Google Groups
experience exactly. I cant use one inside my company network anyway.
It would still be nice to try one from home though...

Thanks fo the help guys.
