Exiting an application but asking classes to save data first. Me.Disposed Question.

Scenario: I have a form that calls a class. Inside the class, a
connection to a database is created and information in that database
is updated every minute via a timer control. If the user closes the
whole application, thus ending my 20 to 30 instances of this class, I
want each class to initiate a final save before closing.

Question: Can I do this using disposed or will I see mixed results?
