Using a custom attribute

Hi!

I'm building an ASP.Net application, and I've been peppering my code
with a number of 'TODO: comments (as in things To Do). That's all well
and good if I'm looking at the source code, but I would like some way
to track all of my TODOs. I'd like to create a custom attribute to
apply to classes and methods, but I am unsure how to build an ASP.Net
webpage that will display all of my TODOs as a list.

Is there a way to use reflection to examine my entire application,
looking at each class and its members for the attribute and outputting
it to a page?

Many thanks!

Chris
