Deployment delete old files

Hello

I have an installations which I like to update. In the meantime I had to
change a lot of the code and had even to create another new project to
replace the old one.

I like to create now a new setup which should delete old files (also the
exe file which has a new name now) and shortcuts to this files. Maibe a
solution would also be to delete the Application folder.

How can I customize the deployment to handle such a setup?
Regards

Manfred
