Windows Form disabled and disables others when loaded

I have a Windows form that worked fine when created and used.
Something has happened to cause it to be disabled when it is loaded.
It doesn't look disabled, but no controls fire any events. Also, if I
load other forms after it is loaded, they are similiarly disabled, no
controls work, etc. The other forms can be closed, b ut the
troublesome form cannot even be closed. It will only go away when the
app is stopped in the IDE. Any thoughts about why this might be
happening? Please?

Thanks.
