set ControlBox to False, MDIchild hides behind the menubar.

I am experiencing a very wierd problem. I have mdi application. I dont
want mdiChild's min,max and close button. so i set all of them to
false. now my title bar goes from mdiChild form.

when i open that child form, no boxes appears but my form hides behind
the menubar and cuts a above portion of form. But when i minimize the
appliacation and maximize it. child form appears at position it has to
be. this is very strange :s.

can anyone help me on this. How would i achieve mdichild to open in
exact mdiclient area.?

its urgent please!
