DataGrid problem in vb.net 2003

Dear all,

I have a datagrid (four column). First column, I already add a combobox
and set datasource. Now I am no idea now to display relate information in
other column.

Also I would like to make only current row can edit that's mean after
choose the code from combobox and then focus to next column. After that,
only can add row.

Anyone have idea how to handle ..
