Console Application Threading Issue?

Hi all,

In my Sub Main of my console app I have the following code:

While True
If Console.ReadLine.ToUpper = "E" Then
Exit While
End If
End While
Basically I want my console app to stay alive until the letter E is
pressed.

I have several event handlers within the console app to handle events
from a component (IP Works IPDaemon - Socket Server). Will this cause
any sort of threading issues?

i.e. the rest of the class looks like:

Private Sub IPPort_OnConnected(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As
IpportConnectedEventArgs) Handles IPPort.OnConnected
State = ConnectorState.Ready
End Sub
It seems that after a while... the console app hangs. Once I press a
couple buttons (any thing), the app wakes back up?

Any ideas?

Thanks!
