Common Dialogs StartPosition

Is there an easy way to set the starting position of a common dialog
such as savefiledialog, printdialog, fontdialog, etc.?

There doesn't seem to be a StartPosition property for common dialogs.

The only way I can think of is a Win32 dialog hook.

AFAIK its not possible. You can consider commercial alternatives such as
FolderView/FIleView from http://www.ssware.com
