Hot Spot Image

Is it possible to have an image with Hot Spots in an application (Windows
Forms) created using VS 2005? If so, how?

Thanks,
Todd Sparks

Todd,

I see no one has replied in past month.
Are you still looking for a solution ?

Take a look at our MetaDraw .NET winforms component

MetaDraw allows you to define multiple hotspots of any shape on an
image. You can draw the shapes with a mouse, or you can define in
code using coordinates. The layout can be saved and reloaded in
either a file or a database. Each hotspot can have one or more
associated tags ( strings, numbers, dates, whatever ). MetaDraw will
give you events when user moves in, out, over, hotspot, as well as for
click and double click on a hotspot. You can also have the mouse
authomatically change over the hotspot. MetaDraw also supports
scrolling and zooming ( hotspot map will scroll and zoom with the
background ). If you like you can toggle the visibility of the
hotspot areas.

That's about it. If I make a cursor of any size and color depth, the button to set the hot spot stays disabled. I'm at my wit's end, and yet I know it's got to be something stupid I'm missing.
