VB 2005 + write data back to original database

ABC
Now i am using VB 2005, I use bindingsource,bindnavigator,tableadapter to display the database in the grid. When I choose ADD button, I can see my new row data I input, but when I choose SAVE,stop the programe, my Access database do not update the new database. I chose the property of datagridview READ ONLY to FALSE,
Please help me.
