Copy directory and keep NTFS permissions

I've been looking into the My.Computer.FileSystem.CopyDirectory method and I
need a way to copy a directory and keep its NTFS permissions (even if it's a
mapped drive).

Do I need to use the shell API, if so anyone have examples that would keep
permissions, or am I just not seeing a way to use .CopyDirectory to keep the
permissions?

What I'm doing is creating a "template" directory structure with blank forms
etc and my program copies it along with permissions to make a quick and easy
directory structure that's easy to edit and change later on.

Thanks in advance!
