SQL to Datagridview then Edit Data...problem

I have a vb.net 2005 app where I have a DGV popluated from a search taken
from 2 tables. The grid fills fine...however I need to be able to select an
item from the grid which displays the items complete info. This works fine
too. In addition the I may need to scroll through the items selected...all
of which works fine...

Except when I attempt to Edit. I'm getting a concurrency violation error
which I believe stems from data being derived from 2 tables.

I'm not sure what to do. I need my second datasource to contain the items
from the original search. Is there a way to create an SQL from the
datagridview . From example "where CompanyName = celllocation"?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanke...
