All solution resources in on DLL?

I know in MS Office, MS tries to put all their resources into one DLL, I
would like to do something like this also.. just have a DLL that all my
other items in my solution can reference when they need a resource... how
would you go about doing this? Say for example I have the following
MainApp.exe
which has items stored in 3 DLL files, all have forms which need to
reference a universal resource library.

Say I have MyImages.dll which is my "resource library" that stores all the
common images, sounds, etc.. how would I, or can you? have all the other 4
files look at this seperate library and pull resources from it? thanks!
