Integration with exchange server

I need to develop an "auto-responder type" application that does
something when an email is sent to a particular email address on
Exchange Server.

Basically, when someone sends an email to a certain address, my
application reads this email, parses data from the body of the
message, then deletes the email message.

I will be developing this in VB.Net VS 2005. But I'm not sure what
the best approach would be. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

-Mike
