Share resources between projects

Hello,

I'm trying to keep my application as small as possible and would like to
know if there's any way to share resources (primarily images) between
projects.

Sure, put the resources in a satalite resource dll and reference that
from your other projects.

Sure, I have tried that already :)) but was unable to get design-time
support.

Sure, put the resources in a satalite resource dll and reference that
