Error when opening VS2005

P: n/a
Every once in a while I'll close VS2005 with a UserControl (that contains
another UserControl) open in the designer.
Then when I open VS2005 the next time the designer window will display a
message indicating that it can't find the contained UserControl.

The two usercontols are defined in two projects in the solution
One or more errors encountered while loading....
Could not find 'something.myUserControl'....

Some time if I close all documents, rebuild the solution, and reopen in the
designer the file originally giving the error - VS2005 crashes.

Sometimes it opens.

When it crashes I usually delete the *.suo file and reopen VS2005 and things
work OK.

Anyone know what might be happening?
Thanks
