Trying to allow popup windows to come up from a webbrowser in my tab strip

I have a tab control on my form that has a webbrowser docked in it.
It automatically navigates to a website. Once the users clicks on a
particular link and popup window should come up with a document for
the user to see. All the other links brings you straight to another
page but this particular link pops up another window or is supposed to
popup another window but it doesnt when access from my program. Does
anyone know how to allow popups from the webbrowser control? Thanks
