Problem CurrencyManager Collectionbase

I have a custom object that implements IList and inherits
MarshalByRefObject.

I use this as base object to build inherited custom collection on server. I
use remoting to send this collection to the clients. The collections work
fine, but when I try to use it as datasource for a combobox or other
bindable components i get this error:
'System.Windows.Forms.CurrencyManager' in assembly
'System.Windows.Forms, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' is not signed as serializable

If I try to derive from collectionbase all works fine, but I can't use it
because the collectionbase is not dervied from marshalbyrefobject, and when
I try to get it on the client I get a copy of the collection and not the
reference.

How can I solve?
