adding a picture in grid

hi every one, In my database picture is saved, i am using sql server
2000 and VB.net 2005. When I search the record, I need that the
picture should also be shown in the grid ( i am using ultra grid tool
of infragestic)... thanx if any body can help me in this regards...

We have samples on our site how to use pictures in Microsoft Grids, this is
a Microsoft newsgroup you know?

I have the idea that for Infragestic grids you better can go to newsgroups
for those.

And please don't place that so hidden in your text now I took time to see
how the solution was for Microsoft. grids.
