How to acomplish these few steps

Hi guys ,

I have done lot in VB 5 & 6 but VB.NET is new to me
I need your suggestion how to accomplish these steps :

1. I want to disconnect from internet
2. Clear IE cookies
3. Clear Temporaly Internet fiels dir.
4. Close IE
