Position new Window on multiple-monitor desktop

P: n/a
Below is the config of a 2-monitor desktop.

Device Name: \\.\DISPLAY1
Bounds: {X=1152,Y=0,Width=1152,Height=864}
Primary Screen: False

Device Name: \\.\DISPLAY2
Bounds: {X=0,Y=0,Width=1152,Height=864}
Primary Screen: True

Display2 has X=0 Y=0 Width=1152
Display1 has X=1152 Y=0 Width=1152

I tried to position a winform display on these 2 monitors.

I used .bounds and other properties but the forms still show on top of each
other.
Is it because the desktop (containing total areas of both monitors) is not a
parent control?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
