Readign Excel worksheet

I'm running into a problem trying to read data from an Excel worksheet.
The one I created works fine. The one I received from another user, I had to
change the 1st sheet's name to "Manual_tankInventory" to match the name of
the of the sheet to be called (workbook name is ok).
No matter what I did, I always recieved the error message below.
Is there anything with Excel that causes the problem?

Thanks

Bill
