Specifying a custom installation folder

There are a couple of files that may be editable after installation
and that I want to place in the Documents and Settings\All
Users\Application Data folder during installation. (Obviously so that
the files are available to all users, not just the current user.)

How can I do this? The All Users folder tree doesn't seem to be on the
Special Folder list in a VB2005 Setup project.
