Tools included in the framework

Hello all.
I am racking my brain trying to remember the tool that is installed with the
framework that you can use to pre-jit (I think) your .exe so that when it
starts up, it starts up fraster than it would otherwise.
I used the tools once, and sure enough, it worked, but now I can't remember
what the name of the tool was.
Can anyone help me with this???
I know I'm not too terribly crazy here... :)
