Try this method. Don't forget the enum!

Enum SorA
Splash
About
End Enum

Public Overloads Function ShowDialog(ByVal owner As
Windows.Forms.IWin32Window, ByVal SplashOrAbout As SorA) As DialogResult

Me.Owner = owner

Select Case SplashOrAbout
Case SorA.Splash
'Splash Form
Case SorA.About
'About Form
End Select
End Function
