System.IO.ReadLine and WriteLine Help

I've created an array of controls and I pass the controls into this
code and it segments it into the corresponding text field. I would like
to use a similar structure where I have an array of controls and I pass
them in and it puts them into a comma delimited string that I can write
to a file. I hope that makes since. Here's the code:
