Formatting Confusion

I am using VS2005/VB to create a web site. Suddenly, some code that has been
there for quite a while is being flagged as an error. Also, the errors
occasionaly all just disappera but when I re-edit that page, they re-appear.
How do I correct this?

=============== Code - datagrid template ================
NavigateUrl= <%#"ViewMemberComments.aspx?id=" +
DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem,"id").ToString( ) + "&name=" +
DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem,"Name").ToStrin g() %>

========== Error ==================
Error 5 Validation (ASP.Net): Attribute values must be enclosed in quotation
marks.
