PictureBox background turns black once installed

I have a strange problem...in my VB.Net app there is a picturebox
component which is being used to plot some shapes and text...the
background is black on my pc but once installed on other pc's the
backgroung is black (not on all)...any idea's why this is so and how to
correct this...I must be able to ensure that the background stays
white...

I am using Visual Studio 2005 (VB.Net)
