A little shove in the right direction please.....

I want to code a local proxy that I can point my browsers to...

The reason for this is to be able to grab the pages before they hit my
browsers and filter out undesirable content.

Any help you can give as far as tools or components or general info on this
topic would be greatly appreciated. I'd be happy to list you in the credits
of my little app that I plan on making freeware for whomever may want it.

Thanks!

It's far from a solution at this point. Basically I bought 5 VB.Net books
and am stiching the thing together.

Kind of like Frankencode.....maybe it'll come to life by Halloween.....

As soon as it does, I'll post here.
