LInk emails from a certain person to be sent automatically to databse

Hi Guys,

i have a requirement to build a utility to allow me to transfer new
emails from my inbox to an access database. I dont really have a clue
where to start apart from posting here. Does anyone know of any
articles on how to do this ??? all help appreciated ???

Do you have to use VB.Net or can you just build a macro in outlook that
is trigger by a rule?
