Problem running program on 1280 by 800 screen

My program has a problems maybe related to running on the wide screen
computer. Even when I change the screen resolution to 1024 by 768 I still
get the problems.

Some times my program window does not show at all though the program is
running.

And when it does show the window the Flash control windows on my program
window are longer than they should be.

Is there some update that I need for Visual Studio 2003 VB .Net such that it
handles the new wide screen formats?

Or maybe this is another cause for this problem? The same program has run
successfully on lots of other XP OS machines having normal screen sizes.

Thanks!

Bob
