That depends how a matlab file is written.
This is a VB.Net newsgroup. The change that you find an answer is small,
because VB is more business orientated. In your case I would ask this in the
newsgroups about dotNet C++. The managed code solution you find there you
can use as well in VB.Net because the used managed classes are completely
equal.
