Issue with using a VB6 DLL in VB.NET

Hi,
I'm attempting to move a VB6 DLL from one business process that is
called from a VB6 application to another process that is a .NET web
service.

The Activex DLL contains a structure class (iASN) that contains a
function...

Option Explicit

Public Function SendASN(ByVal InvLoadNumber As String, ByVal TestMode
As Boolean)

End Function

and then a class (clsASN) that implements this structure and
function....

Public Function iASN_SendASN(ByVal InvLoadNumber As String, ByVal
TestMode As Boolean)

On Error GoTo ASNError

....BUNCH O' CODE HERE.
....DB CALLS
.....FIRST FUNCTION CALL()

ASNError:
....RAISE ERROR LOGIC HERE

End Function

The DB calls occur without a problem but the first function from .NET
to a function that does not reside in the structure class, returns the
error "Automation error
The specified module could not be found. in
clsASN.ShipmentAcknowledgment "

Is there an easy way out of this?

Thanks
David
