RichTextBox formatting

I've done a search but alas have not found a resource to reference.
I have found
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...rtfspec_16.asp

Though I'm not sure how to translate that into a Richtextbox control
(possibly can't have to read the file by another method)

I'm trying to create on the fly a table in a RichTextBox control.
If anyone has some information that'll help me progress it'd be much
appreciated :)
