Suggestion to organize links to source files of other project in nested folders

I have a solution with 1 project on which I am working on say Pr1
I have another solution with another project, say Pr2.

Source file in the existing Pr2 are organized within several nested
folders.

When I work on the new project Pr1 I would like to have all the source
files of Pr2
( * no DLL !! * ) available within Pr1, without copying them, so that
any change made within Pr1 is also present in Pr2.

To do this I have seen it is sufficient to create a new "dummy" project
within
the solution that contains Pr1 and to use the "add existing item" menu,

to add a link to the source files of Pr2.

This would work fine if the files in Pr2 were not stored in nested
folders.
I cannot see a way to add the files as a link preserving the folder
structure.

Since the files and the folders are many, linking them withouth the
folder
structure would be a mess.

Any idea to organize better that?

[Take in mind I want to work on source files and
any new change made in the current project must be present
in the linked project.]
