Dynamic binding with external library....

At the moment my VB.NET project has a set of declarations for methods in an
external .DLL, such as:

Public Declare Ansi Function MyMethod Lib "my.dll" () As System.Int16

Now, we are wanting to move all shared libraries into a single directory,
which is outside of my project space, but still will be a known shared path
for our "common" components. How can I generate declarations for methods
where the DLL path is not known until run-time? Note this isn't a .NET DLL,
it's an ordinary Win32 one. Do I just put a relative path into the "my.dll"
argument?
Thanks
Rob
