VB.NET to Excel

P: 1
I currently upgraded a VB application to a VB.NET application with only a few modifications. One of the functions of the application is to create an Excel spreadsheet with the given values that were input on the users desktop. When i run the application on my end it works perfectly, but as soon as i install it on the users computer i cannot get the app to create/print the Excel file getting the error. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC)... i am officially dumbfounded as to why this is occurring because i cannot seem to generate the error on my end.... i have downloaded the 2.0 .NET frameworks on all user machines and cannnot seem to find a resolution.... Any help would be great.

FYI... i already checked for previous EXCEL.EXE processes/images running on the machine.

Thanks in advance... the error details are pasted below.
