Regex pattern question

I use WebBrowser control and
span.GetAttribute("class") method looks like buggy because it doesn't return the class value.
Instead, I want to use regex.

Samples:
<SPAN class=success>John Doe</SPAN>
<SPAN class=fail>John Another</SPAN>
How can I substract the class value between "<SPAN class=" and the first ">" ?

Dim expression As New Regex("???????????")
Dim m As Match = expression.Match(span.OuterHTML)
