Some excel questions

First of all, this is slower than I thought it would be. I changed
screenupdating to false and then back to true after I had finished but
its still slow. What I'm doing is taking a sheet that has settings in
it and adding the data. Its maybe 15 rows long and maybe 20 columns
wide. Can I paste the data in directly from a datatable and make it
faster? I'm just looking for something faster really.

2nd question, is it possible to edit other cells while the data is
being loaded? This doesn't seem to work.

I've seen a couple of hints at something called Spread that is a
spreadsheet I could put in a form that some say has more capabilities
than excel even. Is this really something I should look into?
