Datasets

I have a very strange query....
I have a dataset that contains 4 columns

the datatype of column 3 is DateTime

the only problem is I need to change this to String

I have tried everything I can think of to change it but with no luck

Any help would really be appreciated

I have a dataset that contains 4 columns No you have a datatable in a dataset with 4 columns

add an extra column to the datatable
coppy all values to the new column , remove the old column
